Personal message to WordPress:
WordPress have taken it upon themselves to moderate the content of the the Web Design-Resources.org blog by blocking externel offers and promotional coupon cods etc to their subscribers and readers.
As we are concerned, we are a free organisation who prefer to offer our readers up-to-date content for free. We will continue to offer our viewers promotional products whether WordPress likes it or not!!
One of the reasons why they re against us using their system is becuase visitors prefer to read our unfiltered content rather than the usual moderated cr*p!!
According to many sources ovr the last couple of years, visitors and participants in typical social networking sites such as Myspace and WordPress have been in decline for the last year or so. This year (2011), Twitter has stated they are predicting they will surpass WordPress with sponsership and external advertising, WordPress are trying to keep up their their share of the market but with Facebook monopolising the market, they are feelng the stretch, as well as other social network. WordPress needs to up their game otherwise they will become obsolete.
We at Web Design-Resources.org understand their view point but we are an organisation created for techies, web designers and novices alike so whether WordPress wants to shut us down or not, there are always other channels to go through!!
